Lodging Rates:
Rates: Rates shown per night are for double occupancy plus tax. Each additional person is $50.00 per night plus tax. Weekly rental is Sunday through Saturday. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are confirmed at time of booking.

Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. 2-night minimum stay on major holidays and certain weekends.

Payment: A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your stay with the remaining balance due 21 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival. Personal check, money order, or major credit card required to hold reservation until payment is received, no later than 7 days after reservation. Personal checks are accepted. Cancellation Policy: All reservations are advance payment with credit card on file. No cash refunds are issued if cancelled. To protect against loss due to cancellation or early departure, we recommend trip insurance. Major holidays, Nascar race week, and the month of October are non-cancellable dates. Payment is required in full at time of reservation.
